Technically Sound
Redundant Audio Visual systems, & bonded internet.
A sales kickoff gets one opening keynote. A product launch gets one reveal. When both the room and a remote audience are watching, the video side of your event has to work the first time.
Eleven Eleven Audio Visual produces event video for companies across the United States. That means directing the cameras, switching the show, running the stream and delivering edits quickly enough to matter. We've worked on 500+ events for LeanScaper, Arrowhead, Brown & Brown Insurance, and more from single-stage town halls to multi-city programs.
What We Produce
Live event video production
A directed program with live switching, IMAG for the room, graphics and a technical director calling the show. Camera operators follow the run-of-show, so the person speaking is on screen when they should be.
Hybrid event streaming
One production serving two audiences. In-person attendees see the stage while remote viewers get a program built for them, with branded overlays, lower-thirds and a monitored stream. See how we approach hybrid event production, or virtual event production if most of your audience is online.
Executive keynote coverage
Executives are rarely comfortable on camera, and the production should help. We plan camera positions, balance lighting, coordinate teleprompter use and run a short rehearsal so speakers know where to look.
Same-day and rapid-turnaround edits
Highlight reels and speaker clips can be cut while the event is still running, so marketing and comms teams can post before attendees go home. For additional charges we can do it same day.
On-site interview and content studio
A branded corner where customers, executives and partners record short interviews between sessions. It's one of the easiest ways to leave with testimonial footage.
Content built for use after the event
We plan edits around where the video will live: LinkedIn, sales enablement, internal training, investor recaps and on-demand replays. Choosing those outputs before the event is cheaper than rebuilding them later.
Need session capture only? If you want each session recorded with slide sync, backup audio and raw or edited files, without a live production crew, see our event recording services.

Proof From Real Productions
How Our Event Video Production Works
For enterprise events, every video element needs to work reliably, from presenter feeds and camera coverage to live streaming and final delivery. Our proven production process keeps your team, venue, speakers and technical crew aligned from pre-event planning through post-event delivery.
01
Discovery Call
We review your run-of-show, venue, audience, presenters and what each video needs to accomplish, so the production is built around your event goals.
02
Production Plan
You receive a camera map, signal and streaming plan, crew assignments and delivery schedule, giving everyone a clear technical roadmap.
03
Site Coordination
We coordinate with your venue and other vendors to confirm power, network, rigging and display requirements. We also verify signal compatibility between presenter laptops and screens using the standards in our EDID compliance guide.
04
Rehearsal
A dedicated producer works directly with your event lead while the technical director and crew manage cameras, audio, graphics and broadcast execution throughout the show.
05
Show Day
A dedicated producer works with your event lead, while the technical director and crew run the broadcast.
06
Post-Event Delivery
Your edited videos arrive in the formats you specify, clearly labeled and organized so your marketing, communications or internal teams can use them immediately.
Tip: Ask your production partner who is personally responsible for the stream during the show. "The team" is not an answer.
Built to Avoid Broadcast Failures
Live video fails at the seams: a laptop that won't output, a venue network that drops, a camera feed that freezes. Our workflow addresses those seams directly.
- Backup paths for critical signals, so one failed device doesn't stop the program
- Recorded masters running alongside any live stream
- Stream monitoring by a person watching the output, not an unattended encoder
- Venue and vendor coordination before load-in, not on show day
- A written contingency plan for the keynote and any live reveal moments
Production often depends on more than cameras. We also supply event lighting, sound systems and set design, so what looks good in the room also looks good on screen.
Where We Work
We send crews across the country and run regular productions in these markets:
San Diego · Los Angeles · Chicago · Austin · Miami · Orlando and Florida · Tampa · Denver · Phoenix and more.
Multi-city programs often need freight, staffing and scheduling handled together, which is where our event logistics services come in.

Turnaround |
Standard vs. rush |
Typical starting point: Live production with streaming typically starts around $8,000. Multi-camera event video with edits typically starts around $6,000.
Cost tip: Decide which moments truly need live production, such as keynotes and reveals. Other sessions can often be handled in a simpler way.
Five Ways to Get Better Event Video
1. Share the run-of-show early.
Camera positions follow the schedule, so late changes cost the most.
2- Give us the slides and videos in advance.
It prevents playback surprises on stage.
3- Choose your outputs before the event.
Highlights, replays and training clips each need different planning.
4- Book speaker rehearsals.
Five minutes with a camera makes an executive far more comfortable.
5- Name one decision-maker on site. It avoids conflicting instructions.
